He will lose the lawsuit because the jury would like to know how the hell he didn't know that his butt was stapled. What he on dope? I don't think it happened after a hernia surgery. But that's really sad.

This is really shocking. Negligence by doctors have cost millions of lives and inflicted agony of unimaginable magnitude to patients.
This incident is right at the top. Not being able to defecate would have been too painful for him and could have caused his death.

painful yes..risk of death, yes...But how would he not know and why would he wait 17 days to find out??
